We deliver to most Australian metro and rural areas. Please check if we deliver to your postcode on our product pages. (Don't worry you will not be able to check out if we don't deliver to your area.) Please Note;  We can't deliver to PO Boxes. Our couriers will come to residential addresses only. If it's convenient for you to have it delivered to your work address, friend or relatives place that's fine too!

If delivering to a work address please keep in mind that deliveries are sometimes made on Saturdays and and can be made from 8am - 6pm on weekdays. Send us an email to request we don't deliver on Saturday if concerned. You will receive tracking notification.

We ship orders every Wednesday. Cut off for Wednesday shipping is Saturday 6pm. Most Orders will arrive on the following Saturday unless otherwise requested. We will let you know when your order is scheduled for delivery and you will have the option request a different delivery day. 

Our meat will come fresh, never frozen. For some out of state customers we may need to freeze the product for delivery.

We understand the need for convenient delivery. That’s why we pack our meat in insulated boxes with an icebrick to keep the meat cool. You will receive tracking confirmation the day prior to your box arriving. And our couriers have permission to leave the box without a signature. Our boxes are kept refrigerated all the way to your door. Our meat is packed in insulated boxes which are recyclable and reusable. 

Simply place your order from one of our beef box selections or build your own box on our brand new Buil A box page. Once we receive your order we’ll get in touch to let you know when we expect to ship it to you (usually within 7 days). Once we hand your order over to our refrigerated couriers it may take a few days for your order to arrive depending on location. 

Yes, your meat will arrive cold. Boxes should not be left out for longer than 6 hours after delivery. We recommend placing your meat in the fridge or freezer as soon as you can after delivery.  If meat is cold to touch below 5 degrees celsius, refrigerate as usual, or place in freezer for later use. If not contact us as soon as possible.
