This box has been carefully curated by us with a range of cuts from steaks for the grill, roasts for family dinners, to mince and sausages for those quick meals, including cuts for low and slow cooking.
In line with our ethical approach to farming and eating we use the whole animal. Our boxes reflect this with a variety of easy to use cuts (doesn't include any bones or organ meats). Designed with a medium sized family (4-6) in mind, 2-3 meals of beef per week for a month. Includes convenient delivery.
